Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy

At The Wellbeing Campus, we aim to deliver high-quality training experiences and appreciate the value of your time. To ensure transparency and fairness for all parties, the following policy applies.

1. Rescheduling Requests (Customer Initiated)

1.1 Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to:

1.2 The following rescheduling fees apply based on notice provided:

  • 1.2.1 More than 29 days’ notice – No charge

  • 1.2.2 28–15 days’ notice – 25% of course fee

  • 1.2.3 14–7 days’ notice – 50% of course fee

  • 1.2.4 7 days or less notice – 100% of course fee

2. Cancellations & Refunds (Customer Initiated)

2.1 Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • 2.1.1 29 days or more notice – 100% refund (minus booking or transaction fees)

  • 2.1.2 28–15 days’ notice – 50% refund (minus booking fees)

  • 2.1.3 14–8 days’ notice – 25% refund (minus booking fees)

  • 2.1.4 7 days or less – No refund

2.2 We are unable to refund booking fees charged by third-party platforms (e.g. Eventbrite).

3. Cancellations or Reschedules (Initiated by The Wellbeing Campus)

3.1 In the unlikely event that The Wellbeing Campus cancels or reschedules a course, customers will be offered:

  • 3.1.1 A full refund (less any third-party booking fees), or

  • 3.1.2 The option to transfer to an alternative course date

3.2 All such notifications will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking.

4. Blended Courses (eLearning + Zoom)


4.1 The self-paced eLearning component is non-refundable once access has been granted.

4.2 Reassigning an eLearning enrolment to a different participant after access has been granted incurs a $50 administrative fee per transfer.

4.3 If an eLearning module has already been accessed or used, the voucher is considered redeemed and cannot be reallocated to another participant. In this case, a new voucher must be purchased for the replacement participant.

4.4 Requests to substitute one participant for another in a blended course must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled Zoom session. Substitutions made within 7 days of the live session are treated as a cancellation (see Section 1: Rescheduling Requests) and standard fees apply.

4.5 Completion of the eLearning is a mandatory prerequisite for attending any live Zoom session(s). Failure to complete the eLearning prior to the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Code of Conduct for Blended Online Course

  1. Complete all eLearning modules, including watching the films and reading the provided materials before attending the Zoom sessions.

  2. Ensure a safe environment for yourself and others during the course.

  3. Show respect to the facilitator and other participants, as in a face-to-face session.

  4. Adhere to anti-discrimination policies and maintain privacy and confidentiality.

  5. Notify the trainer via text immediately if you cannot attend or if you're running late.

  6. Take responsibility for your self-care. If you feel distressed during the training, inform the trainer.

  7. Join the online sessions from a quiet location, free from distractions.

  8. Keep your video on at all times and use headphones if needed.
