    During each session, you’ll report on your progress, reflect on what’s working, and plan the next steps toward your success. It’s all about staying on track and keeping the momentum going.

    And the best part? At the end of the coaching contract, we’ll review your journey to celebrate how far you’ve come and determine the next steps—whether that’s continuing with coaching or confidently moving forward on your own.

  • Most of our sessions are held via Zoom. However, from time to time we do have face to face availability across Melbourne.

    • Regular coaching sessions are 50 minutes.

    • Initial consultations are 90 minutes.

    The speed of progress varies for each person and will be customised to your particular needs. To give you an idea many people book for around 6 sessions.
